All pricing for Services is clearly communicated before the start of a project. Ocezy reserves the right to change pricing at any time before a project begins. Refunds are only issued in accordance with the specific agreement made for each project.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of Services.

Ocezy provides the Services “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding:

The accuracy or completeness of the Site content
That the Site or Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
